We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution at no cost to you.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items missing original tags or packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item:

  1. Return the original product.

  2. Place a new order after your return is accepted.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
