Return & Refund

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags & proof of purchase.

Costs:
Damaged/incorrect items → Free prepaid return label.
Change of mind → Customer pays return shipping.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges: Not offered directly — return the item & place a new order.
Not eligible: Used/worn items, missing tags/packaging, gift cards, or promotional items.
